You can hike, walk or go on an excursion both in and outside of Helsingborg. There are several hiking trails as well as nature areas with flora-rich meadows and teeming wetlands, some with nature points where you can learn more about, for example, life in the water, trees and birds.
If you want to stay in the city, there are several historical city walks to choose from.
